Information about new Chairmanship

During the general meeting in May 2023, the rolling chair of the AK GGS was newly voted for the next years.

The new chairwoman is Marion Zwingenberger (Ecolab Deutschland GmbH), Markus Geßler (Winterhalter Gastronom GmbH) was elected as her substitute.

In recent years, Dr. Britta von Esmarch-Rummler and Mareike Lohmann have held the chair. During this time, they were particularly active regarding the completion of the practical handbook in German and English and also its publication as a print version.
